Summer – and the coolest way to enjoy peaches is here!
Ingredients
600gr. peach pulp (without peel)
juice of ½ lemon
150gr. icing sugar
150gr. water
Method
Dissolve the icing sugar in the water and mix with the peach purée. Empty the mixture into the ice tray.
Put it in the freezer until it starts to freeze. Remove from the freezer and beat in the blender until fluffy and smooth.
Put the sorbet on a dish and put it back in the freezer.
Take out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving, and put it in the refrigerator to soften.
Serve in sundae glasses or bowls and decorate with thinly cut slices of peach.
